Location: London, Cardiff, or Banbury; with hybrid working, you will be contractually situated in the office that is closest to you.
With hybrid working, you can work from home or the office and visit the office to work with your team or teams as needed. We don’t believe in a presenteeism culture, and our core hours are flexible. During the hiring process, we will talk about what matters to both of us.
Benefits and Pay: £36,600 to £40,000, depending on experience; 10% pension; 25 days of annual leave plus bank holidays; 35-hour workweek; up to 13 flex days; private health insurance; life insurance; and much more!

The Role
In your role as our Digital Marketing Specialist, you will design, implement, and maximise digital marketing initiatives that increase public awareness, encourage behaviour change, and produce quantifiable outcomes for a large number of individuals. Working together, you will carry out WRAP’s digital marketing strategies, consistently improving activity performance with data-driven insights.
Important duties will consist of:
Develop and carry out effective content strategies for all digital platforms.
Ensure optimal return on investment by managing and optimising paid and organic search and social media efforts. To improve results, produce actionable insights from digital marketing activities and possess an understanding of digital technology and content trends.
Monitor, assess, and evaluate campaign performance using pertinent KPIs, modifying tactics as necessary to guarantee objectives are fulfilled.
Who do we want to find?
The chosen applicant will:
Know how to evaluate data and draw conclusions from experiments, and be well-versed in all digital B2C marketing platforms and tools, such as CRM, social media, online content, SEO, and sponsored advertisements.
Ability to use tools like Canva and Adobe Express to create engaging communications for a variety of audiences.
Have the ability to work quickly while completing several tasks and projects at once.
Possess outstanding communication abilities and the capacity to work well in a team.
