Principal Duties It’s
1. Warehouse Operations & Setup: It’s
- oversee system configuration, equipment acquisition, and warehouse layout;
- Assure adherence to regulations and effective inventory control;
- Establish operational guidelines for shipping, packing, picking, and storing.
2. Management of the Team:
- Hire, develop, and oversee warehouse employees;
- To guarantee operational proficiency, offer ERP/system training.
3. Supply Chain & System Optimisation: It’s
- Adept at using WMS/ERP technologies to optimise workflows;
- For smooth operations, coordinate with headquarters and logistics partners.
4. Cost and Performance Management:
- Track warehouse expenses and boost productivity;
- Create and monitor KPIs to adhere to industry norms.
