About us
Located at A30 Victoria Junction in Roche, Shell Cornish Gateway is a handy service station. It offers a number of quick meal alternatives, Costa Express, and a Shell Select store. Delivering a ‘Treated like a Guest’ experience to every one of our clients is our first concern.
We are looking for a Store Manager to join our team and oversee both the personnel and the business. The chosen applicant will be in charge of running the company, hiring employees, responding to client questions, and making sure all KPIs are reached. Strong attention to detail, a full-time work commitment, a professional and amiable manner, and the capacity to function well in a fast-paced setting are all qualities that the ideal candidate will have.

Requirements for Entry:
- It is preferred to have at least two years of retail management experience.
- A bachelor’s degree is required.
- The UK’s minimum English proficiency is B1.
- All necessary instruction will be given.
- A current driver’s license

The job’s responsibilities include:
- Hiring, educating, managing, and evaluating employees
- Juggling daily earnings and banking
- Budget management
- Preserving financial and statistical documentation
- Supervising pricing and inventory management
- Ensuring adherence to various requirements, including health and safety laws
- Maintaining the store’s security
- Respond to consumer grievances
- Communicating with cluster sites as needed
- Be accessible for emergencies at all times.
