Overview of the Job
We are seeking a proactive and amiable Customer Service Assistant to join our team at a convenience store and post office. The ideal applicant will manage retail sales, help with postal transactions, deliver exceptional customer service, and make sure that clients are welcomed. Qualifications & Skills Needed:
- While not required, prior experience in retail, postal, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
- The capacity to accurately and properly manage cash transactions.
- Fundamental computing abilities for inventory management and transaction processing.
- The capacity to multitask well and operate in a fast-paced setting.
- A personable, kind manner with a focus on the needs of the consumer.
