You will play a vital part in the team planning and executing high-end social, cultural, matrimonial and corporate events. We are searching for a passionate and dynamic Head Chef to lead the kitchen at AC Hotel by Marriott, Inverness, heading up the culinary brigade of Beira, finalist of Scottish hotel awards 2026, best hotel restaurant category.
Beira is an informal restaurant that takes pleasure in obtaining ingredients from within a 50 mile radius, supporting local farmers and producers, and both delivering the freshest, highest quality flavours, and being a true part of the local community.
The culinary brigade supply daily breakfast delivery to AC by Marriott brand standards, and all day contemporary Scottish x tapas style eating at Beira. Head Chef is responsible for ordering, stock control, running kitchen service and applicable food quality, safety and standards. This is a creative role, with head chef at the helm in terms of menu offering, pricing, seasonality.
