Ofsted Registered Children’s Home Manager (SPONSORSHIP AVAILABLE)

IF YOU NEED SPONSORSHIP:

A minimum of one year of full-time experience working as a deputy manager in an Ofsted-registered children’s home (not 16+ provision) is required. Join us with our current home as a deputy on an annual salary of £30K and a monthly bonus of £500 for YP retention, as it takes six to eighteen months to register a new property. Work three days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. as part of the 2:1 staff, plus one day for six to seven hours for documentation/admin onsite and on-call sharing with RM.

You must be able to provide the URN number of the home where you previously worked as a constable, speak English fluently and preferably be able to drive. First-year annual salary of $45,000 with a monthly incentive of $500 for YP retention plus a bonus of $2,000 for an Ofsted good rating. Following the first Ofsted inspection, the annual salary is 48K with a monthly incentive of 800 for YP retention and 2000 for an Ofsted good rating, for a total of 60k.


IF THE MANAGER IS ALREADY REAGISERD (not 16+ provision):

Join us at our current home as a deputy on an annual salary of £40K with a monthly bonus of £500 for YP retention, while it takes six to eighteen months to register a new property. Work three days a week from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. as part of a 2:1 staff, one day for six to seven hours for documentation/admin onsite, and on-call sharing with RM.

You must be able to provide the URN number of the house where you previously worked as RM. You must also have very good English and ideally be able to drive. When a new home is registered, the annual compensation is 48K with a monthly incentive of 800 for YP retention and 2000 for an Ofsted good rating, for a total of 60k.
