We are looking to recruit Level 3 Teaching Assistants at CSTLC, teaching secondary aged kids with social, emotional and behavioural challenges. The person will give emotional health assistance to meet the requirements of pupils who require specific help to overcome barriers to learning. As a Level 3 Teaching Assistant, the role will also include supervising 1:1 pupils and small groups of kids as required, delivering academic help, pastoral support and guiding wellbeing programs for pupils excluded from, or not otherwise working to, a normal school timetable.
This post assumes a rudimentary familiarity of Welsh. This level can be attained via appointment of support.
