To oversee the FOH staff at Mimosa Restaurant in Southend-on-Sea, Elysium Group is seeking an experienced restaurant manager.
Mimosa is a 100-seat restaurant in the upscale Cifftown Shore development that serves upscale Modern British cuisine. It uses authentic, fresh ingredients to create creative, inventive dishes that are made fresh to order. Mimosa will function as a boutique hotel with eleven uniquely designed rooms in addition to the restaurant.
UK Restaurant Manager Job Details
The chosen applicant will have the following:
An annual salary ranging from £30,000.00 to £42,000.00 based on experience
The chance to collaborate with a committed group of FOH staff
Handle every facet of hiring and training a FOH team.
