Hotel Manager – F & B, Accommodation: Visa Sponsorship Provided If Required on Selection
Duties:
Oversee the day to day operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and efficient operations
Lead and manage hotel workers including front desk, housekeeping and maintenance staff
Provide outstanding guest service and manage visitor complaints or problems
Design and execute plans to optimise hotel occupancy and revenue generation
Control and monitor hotel costs to ensure profitability
Work with the sales and marketing staff to promote the hotel and attract new guests
Ensure excellent levels of cleanliness, safety and hygiene across the hotel
Comply with all hotel policies, procedures and requirements
Manage human resources responsibilities including hiring, training, scheduling and performance reviews
Requirements:
Previous experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
Excellent supervision and management skills
Great communication and interpersonal skills
Multilingual is a plus
Understanding of hotel operations and visitor services
Experience in human resources techniques and procedures
Great attention to detail and problem solving skills
Ability to operate under pressure and perform numerous things at the same time
