Overview Job
Key Responsibilities
Welcome late arrivals, assist with check-in and check-out.
Handle guest requests, questions and room service during the night.
Constantly monitors security and cctv systems.
Ensure all entrances, exits and public spaces are secured.
Carry out fire, health and safety checks.
Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of reception, lobby and public areas.
Luggage assistance and guest transportation assistance.
Prepare conference rooms, breakfast and breakfast facilities or public spaces for the next day.
Assist with night audit and administrative activities as needed
Respond to crises or guest concerns in a calm and effective manner.

Ability to work independently and stay alert all night long.

Completing nighttime reports and hand overs.
Getting the motel ready for the morning run.
