Description of the Job
To oversee our outstanding housekeeping team with accuracy, enthusiasm, and an unwavering attention to detail, we are looking for an Executive Housekeeper.
You will make sure that every suite, public room, and back-of-house space represents the beauty and sophistication associated with the Bvlgari name in your role as guardian of our visitors’ first impressions.
By fostering an environment of cosiness, discretion, and sophisticated comfort, you will motivate and guide your staff to provide faultless service standards.
Important Duties
Oversee and train the housekeeping staff to maintain a spotless appearance in all public areas and guest rooms.
Maintain the visual and operational perfection of the Bvlgari brand by paying close attention to details and following LQA guidelines.
Manage schedules, budgets, and inventories with tact and strategic efficiency.
Promote eco-friendly procedures, product choices, and waste minimisation in the housekeeping division in accordance with Bvlgari Hotels’ sustainability pledges.
Work collaboratively with upper management to consistently improve operational performance, employe engagement, and guest happiness.
Encourage a culture of pride, empowerment, and workmanship so that each team member exemplifies the essence of contemporary luxury.
