Essential Criteria – All Must Be Met
✓ Living in Port Talbot or Neath
✓ On a Skilled Worker or Health & Care Worker Visa
✓ Require that sponsorship be renewed or transferred
✓ Previous experience of UK care
✓ Have a valid UK Driving Licence
✓ Your own reliable car
✓ Able to work shifts 07:00 – 14:00 or 15:30 – 20:00
✓ Weekends off alternating
✓ Caring, reliable and professional attitude
✓ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
✓ Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Competitive Pay Rates
MON-FRI
£14.25 an hour
WEEKEND
£18.00 per hr
BANK HOLIDAYS
£20.25 per hour

Your Role and Responsibilities
▸ Assisting individuals with personal care, clothing, hygiene and mobility
▸ Assistance with food preparation and nutritional needs
▸ Following prescribed routines and medicine management
▸ Providing company and emotional support
▸ Supporting independence and wellbeing
▸ Keeping accurate and up-to-date care records
▸ Light house-keeping work
Open Shifts
Morning:
07:00 – 14:00
Evening:
3:30 p.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Alternate Weekends a Must
