We are looking for caring, reliable and dedicated Healthcare Assistants to join our growing team in Dorset.
This is a great opportunity to build a long term career in health and social care with potential for visa sponsorship after 3 months of successful employment (subject to performance, attendance and meeting corporate and UKVI requirements).
As a Healthcare Assistant you will play a key part in assisting people to live safely, independently and with dignity in their own home.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing care and assistance which is personal and person-centred
Helping in tasks of daily living and encouraging independence
Assisting with medication (when trained and capable)
Make sure care records are accurate and timely
working to care plans, risk evaluations and policies of the company
Requirements:
A professional, compassionate approach
Good communication skills
Ability to work flexibly including weekends if required
Eligible to work in the UK (or able to be sponsored at a later date)
Previous experience of care desired but not needed (complete training provided)
