Elite Assistance Limited are looking to expand our fantastic team of carers working in the borough of Solihull and adjacent regions.
We support those affected by illness or disability who prefer to continue living in their own homes with all areas of daily living. Our team members are caring , professional people with excellent attitudes , wide smiles and adaptable methods .
We are a small care firm where everyone’s input is valued. You’ll be travelling in the neighbourhood and seeing a number of people each shift, all with amazing stories and distinct needs. You will be working in a small care team who are passionate about treating individuals with dignity and respect. Does that sound like a challenge you could rise too ? if so we would love to hear from you. .
Our Care Worker postings range from a few hours per week to full time. We can offer work at any time of the day/night however you must be able to commit to a minimum of a 4 hour shift during the day and the evenings are 9 hours in length. We also want everyone to participate to the unsociable part of our work so if you are hoping for 9-5 on weekdays this is not for you.
