What you’ll get
£13.20 an hour
35p per mile for mileage
You don’t need any experience to get full pay for training and continued development.

Your part in the community
You will help people in their own homes in Taunton and the surrounding areas.
You will base your work on the unique needs, wants, and life stories of each person.
This includes
Helping with personal care in a way that is courteous and dignified
Assisting with daily tasks like getting dressed, washing, and making meals
Being there for someone and giving them emotional support
Helping folks get to their community when they can
Supporting independence instead than taking over
Noticing changes in health and expressing worries
Following care plans but still being flexible with the person
You don’t have to rush in and out.
You are there to make each visit worth it.
