We encourage you to join our team of devoted Healthcare Assistants at Graceage Care where you will be delivering domiciliary care by helping service users in the comfort of their own home.
We serve a wide range of places in Suffolk including Ipswich, Woodbridge, Saxmundham, Lowestoft.
📌 Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Job Role
Personal Care & Support
● Providing exceptional personal care to consumers in their daily activities and meeting specific needs.
● Safeguard vulnerable people from abuse and report any symptoms of suspected abuse that you encounter or are informed about.
● To help people with their medicines to the level approved and described in their individual risk assessments and care plans.
Daily Living Assistance
● Prepare meals with an awareness of service user’s likes/dislikes, nutritional needs and cultural requirements. Maintain hygiene.
● Recording details of service users e.g. personal information, care plans, medical records, changes to health etc on carers notes.
● Correct and safe use of manual handling equipment.
● Attend training seminars and staff meetings as requested.

Key Requirements
Valid driver’s license and own transport (good to have)
Enhanced DBS check preferred but not needed
