Do you really want to change people’s lives for the better? As a Community Healthcare Assistant at Lillyfields Care, you will work with a devoted team to give clients in their own homes caring and compassionate care.
What You’ll Do:
Help clients with their everyday requirements by giving them personal care like bathing, dressing, and feeding.
Help with getting around and exercise routines, such as safely moving people to and from beds or wheelchairs.
Give medications and follow care plans exactly as they are written.
Follow infection control rules to keep clients’ environments clean and safe.
Keep a record of what you see and tell our care management team about any changes.
Travel between customers’ homes in Petersfield, Farnborough, Havant, and Waterlooville to give them care at home. You will work in one region, like Havant and Waterlooville, and you won’t have to commute between areas.
Who We’re Looking For:
You don’t need any experience; we will fully train you, including giving you the Care Certificate, if you are kind.
Having worked as a healthcare assistant or in a comparable job before is a plus.
It’s helpful to know some medical terms, but it’s not necessary.
Good communication skills and a caring, understanding attitude.
Ability to work on your own and with a helpful group.
A valid UK driving licence and a car (always better for mobile care).
Available for various evening and weekend schedules to fulfil the needs of clients.
Strong focus on details and a dedication to providing excellent care.
