Requirements for a Production Operative position:
At Cranswick Fresh Poultry in Eye, Suffolk, we are seeking a butcher to join our well-established team. It will be your responsibility to make sure that manufacturing runs smoothly.

Pattern of Shift
1) Days Shift
Tuesday through Thursday and Saturday are 06:40–17:10, while Friday is 06:40–15:10.
2) Backs Shift
Monday and Friday, 13:10–01:40; Tuesday–Thursday, 17:10–01:40
Tasks
Butchering and processing bird carcasses, with an emphasis on drum deboning, thigh filleting, and fillet breast
Capable of exhibiting self-control in terms of product quality and trimming levels
As part of their tasks, they are accountable for upholding sanitary standards.
Feathers and internal organs are removed, edible offal is extracted, chicken carcasses are dressed, and the feet and head are removed.
Weighing, labelling, packing, and stacking the final product as needed
What you’ll require:
Be self-driven and capable of working alone.
Enjoy achieving goals in a hectic setting.
Have a good calibre of work
Possess a rudimentary command of both written and spoken English
Enjoy collaborating with others.
Ideally, you should have prior experience working in the food manufacturing industry, but this is not required because you will receive full training.
Compensation and perks:
Pay rate: £13.79 per hour (with a weekly attendance incentive of £1 per hour)
The hourly rate is £14.56, which includes a weekly attendance bonus of £1.
