Wharf One Food & Wine is situated in Darwin’s best eating and entertainment sector with panoramic views of Darwin Harbour and Lagoon at the Darwin Waterfront. We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic people to join our team as Bar Supervisors, casual and full time.
Position Summary
As Bar Supervisor you will play a crucial part in the success of our many venues, demonstrating your knowledge of restaurant operations, functions and bar settings.
Become a part of our energetic and lively team and experience the amazing 270 degree water views that make our work atmosphere genuinely great.
Vacancies
Casual Bar Supervisor (20-25 hours per week) with a view to moving to full-time.
2 Full time Bar Supervisor Positions for anyone with more than 3 years bar and management experience.
Requirements
Bar/restaurant experience.
Excellent leadership and communication abilities.
Ability to flourish in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Ability to work 7 days a week including weekends and evenings.
Full-time employment require a commitment of 3-4 years.

Salary
Wages: as per Restaurant Industry Award 2026 Standards.
