Description of Job
Manage daily operations of facilities including maintenance schedules and safety procedures
Oversee maintenance personnel and contractors to ensure that repairs and upgrades are completed in a timely manner.
Supervise mechanical systems, such as HVAC, plumbing, and refrigeration, to guarantee maximum functioning.
Maintain electrical systems for troubleshooting and repair including programmable logic controllers (PLC) and schematics
Project manage facility upgrades or renovations, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
Carry out frequent inspections of the property to detect dangers or areas requiring attention
Design and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce equipment downtime and increase the life of the equipment
