We are looking for experienced Managers in storage and warehousing to manage and optimise the day to day operations of our fulfilment center. The selected applicant will oversee warehouse activities, promote effective logistics and spearhead continual process improvements. We are looking for someone with great managerial skills, considerable warehouse experience and a thorough knowledge of supply chain management systems.
Principal Accountabilities & Tasks
Team Leadership & Supervision: Supervise and lead members of the warehouse team to ensure high performance and smooth operations of shipping, receiving, inventory management and order fulfilment processes on a daily basis.
Multi-Channel Inventory & Marketing Management: Control and sync up inventory listings across major e-commerce markets including eBay, Amazon, and Etsy, and guide marketplace marketing tactics so stock is on hand to meet customer demand.
Systems & Workflow Optimisation: Make use of advanced Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and ERP systems to manage the warehouse workflows to maximise the productivity and order dispatch accuracy of the workforce.
Logistics & Transportation Management: Operate Transportation Management Systems (TMS) to provide proper management of inbound supplier shipments and outbound customer logistics, assuring on-time dispatches as per customer expectations.
Inventory Management & Vendor Relationships: Conduct frequent physical and digital audits to manage inventory levels and build strong relationships with suppliers and 3PL providers to maintain appropriate inventory levels and avoid stockouts.
Process Improvement & Cost Reduction Lead process improvement projects to increase structural operational efficiency, reduce overhead costs and increase overall customer satisfaction.
Health, Safety & Equipment Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with workplace health and safety regulations including supervising safe usage of forklift trucks and other heavy warehouse equipment.
shipment & Receiving Supervision: Manage all incoming receiving and outgoing shipment operations to ensure tight quality control, correct manifest verification and fast turn around.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional business teams (procurement, customer service, tech) to support end-to-end supply chain optimisation and long term continuous improvement plans.
Experience of supervision in a warehouse or logistics environment.

Strong understanding of profit & loss management for warehousing operations.
Deep understanding of supply chain procedures, logistics and transportation management systems (TMS).
