· To formulate and execute the marketing strategies for T4 Bubble Tea Waterloo branch with clear targets to boost local brand awareness, store footfall, customer retention and sales revenue.
· Develop and implement marketing strategies for branch bubble tea, milk tea, fruit tea, seasonal drinks, toppings, snacks and new product launches based on seasonal demand, local consumer tastes, and sales results.
· Develop promotional strategies for the Waterloo market, targeting students, office workers, commuters, visitors and local residents with offers such as lunchtime deals, student promotions, seasonal campaigns, product bundles and customer loyalty initiatives.
· Oversee the branch’s Instagram marketing includes developing content calendars, creating promotional content and promoting new drinks, seasonal goods, special deals and in-store activities.
· Track social media participation, customer comments, and campaign results including views, engagement, promotional redemptions and consumer responses and modify marketing activity as appropriate.
· Analyse branch sales information to determine best selling and lower performing drinks, popular toppings, consumer purchasing habits, peak and off peak periods, seasonal fluctuations and the success of individual promotions.
· Use sales and customer data to suggest marketing initiatives like advertising particular drinks, creating product bundles or hosting targeted specials during slow trade times.
· Monitor customer evaluations, comments and local market trends to understand consumer tastes and suggest chances to improve client engagement and the branch’s standing in the local market.
Develop local marketing connections with universities, student societies, offices and neighbouring businesses and community organisations in the Waterloo area to gain new customers and increase repeat visits.
