Important Duties

Duties
✅ Prepare traditional Ramadan sweets (Halwagi) based on original recipes and standards
✅ Help with food presentation and packing for dine-in and delivery orders
✅ Ensure that all food safety and hygiene laws are rigorously adhered to in the preparation and service of food
✅ Provide superior guest service abilities to serve the guests
✅ Handle delivery orders efficiently, ensuring timely and correct delivery as needed
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organisation of kitchen space, ensuring all equipment is properly sanitised
✅ Take customer orders by telephone or in person with respectful telephone etiquette and good communication skills
✅ Coordinate with team members for smooth operation during busy periods notably during Ramadan peak times
✅ Experience in guest services, serving skills and delivering high levels of customer satisfaction would be advantageous
People with experience as food delivery drivers, baristas or in the kitchen would fit well into this position.
✅ Good communication skills and attention to details to create a great visitor experience over the Ramadan time
