What you need to know and be able to do
Experience in managing social media, public relations, or digital communications.
A bachelor’s degree (or something similar) in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related sector.
Proven skill with social media management and analytics tools, such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Meta Insights.
Great written and spoken communication skills; very good at coming up with new ideas, organising things, and managing projects.
Ability to understand data and use it to plan content.
Ability to look at data and draw useful conclusions from performance measurements.
Being creative and able to come up with new content ideas.
It helps if you know how to use graphic design programs like Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Good at organising and able to handle more than one project at a time.
