We are searching for a Software Engineer (Gen AI) to assist build the next generation of AI-driven business solutions. In this position, you will be tasked with designing and developing scalable apps based on state-of-the-art AI models, influencing how organisations run and innovate.
You will collaborate closely with Gen AI scientists, UX designers and cross-functional partners to build enterprise-grade AI solutions with world-class governance, performance and dependability.
📋 Principal accountabilities
Design and develop scalable full-stack Gen AI apps (e.g., AI agents, agentic workflows, RAG pipelines)
Build and deploy Python-based microservices for orchestration and integration with Large Language Models (LLMs)
Work with AI/ML teams to embed LLMs, RAG and multi-modal AI into applications
Develop and manage RESTful APIs for smooth system interaction
Design patterns and contemporary full-stack development approaches
Connect AI solutions to enterprise systems using APIs and standardised architectures
Work with engineers, data teams and designers to deliver end to end AI experiences
Build assessment frameworks, validation processes and guardrails for safe and reliable AI deployment
Ensure compliance to AI governance, bias mitigation and safety requirements
🧠 Skills & Experience Required
Strong familiarity with Python and microservices architecture
Practical experience with Gen AI technologies (LLMs, RAG, AI agents)
Experience in building full stack applications (React/Node.js or equivalent)
Solid understanding of REST APIs and how to integrate systems
Experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
Experience in AI/ML model integration and deployment
Knowledge of scalable system design and performance tuning
