Carer/Senior Carer – UK Visa Sponsorship Available
Supervises and monitors care workers on a regular basis; Is responsible for the shift and for the service when on duty;
responds to situations and gives advice and support to care professionals;
helps and supports service users to dress, undress, wash, toilet and bathe;
provides meals to service users at the table or in bed, assists with feeding if necessary; generally assists with service users’ comfort and well being;
Interest and activities are provided to stimulate and involve the service user;
does light cleaning and housekeeping activities as required including preparation of meals;
liaising with professional workers in the implementation of care plans & record keeping etc
Salary: £9.50-£10.20 per
Competitive compensation offered to more qualified/deserving candidates. Remuneration: Negotiable.
Qualifications:
Minimum NVQ Level 2 or equivalent. Candidates with experience are qualified; those from a social care background and/or with other health professional qualifications will be considered. The post includes a CRB check as part of the whole background check.
NB: This position is on the Short Occupation List. We are able to grant Sponsorship for Tier 2 visa for the qualified individual who meets the Home Office requirements.
