Salary: £25,989 – £26,824 pa (Plus 10% plussage for unsocial hours)

Hours per week 37 hours per week

Wiltshire care at Home is a short-term program for hospital discharges and people who need care at home as part of a quick response. They are essential to avoid, to mitigate and to defer the need for long-term care. The service supports individuals who have been recently discharged from hospital or are under the care of the Rapid Response Service, and provides short to mid-term homecare help to promote independence.

We are looking for people with a real enthusiasm for helping others who can work on a rota basis, 7am-10pm, 365 days a year. Show how loving and friendly you are. Our hybrid working style is that office based staff be on site for a minimum of half their hours, community based staff do at least half their admin time in a workspace and client facing jobs work completely from their service location.
