Ipswich provides a greater selection of lodging options and regular direct rail connections to London, with quicker trips lasting no more than an hour. Although driving offers far more flexibility, Framlingham also has scheduled bus connections with Ipswich.
Important Duties
Growth of NHS and Private Services
Increase service activity, appointment availability, and patient uptake to meet and surpass monthly NHS and private service goals.
Patient Engagement and Prescription Growth
To identify patients for pertinent services, cultivate strong local patient relationships and promote acceptable prescription nomination and use options, such as prescription collection, OTC/P-Medicine sales, and immunisations.
Service Development
Assist the entire pharmacy team in identifying qualified clients, enhancing service accessibility, and expanding the branch’s reputation as a neighbourhood healthcare hub.
Professional and Clinical Standards
Practice safely in compliance with GPhC standards, guaranteeing precise dispensing, suitable counselling, good clinical judgement, and superior patient care. In accordance with emergency operations procedures, you can also be asked to serve as an Authorising Pharmacist for Framlingham Pharmacy or a neighbouring branch.
Team Leadership and HR
Gain hands-on management expertise in areas such as scheduling, locum chemist requests, managing absences and tardiness, return-to-work procedures, coworker performance and proper HR escalation.
Payment and Cash Handling
Oversee branch payment and cash handling processes or assist assigned team members who are currently in charge of these duties, making sure that records are correct and that inconsistencies are quickly notified.
Entrepreneurial Branch Operations
