Job Description

We are seeking an enthusiastic, motivated and innovative Nursing Support Worker to join the nursing team on Cleddau/ Surgical Assessment unit And Surgical Same Day Emergency care unit. This is a fantastic opportunity.

We are looking for a forward thinking, professional individual with great communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities to deliver evidence based treatment to our patients.

The ideal individual will work in a proactive and supportive professional atmosphere.

This profession demands good organisational skills, flexibility and the ability to operate well in a fast-paced setting with frequent admissions and discharges. The post holder will assist in maintaining patient flow, facilitating timely care and fostering a great patient experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ROLE

The opportunity to develop professionally in a positive and challenging atmosphere whilst gaining further experience in the care of severely unwell patients and learning new skills. The role requires carrying out delegated clinical observations and communicating effectively.

The unit performs a variety of shift patterns to meet service requirements including days/night rotation

This role is suitable for Welsh speakers and English and/or Welsh speakers are equally encouraged to apply.
