About the Role:
To join our team, we are seeking a committed and technically skilled Microsoft Dynamics & SharePoint Specialist. In order to configure and manage Microsoft Dynamics, SharePoint, and Power Platform solutions, the ideal applicant will be proactive, resilient, and hands-on. Excellent English and, ideally, Mandarin Chinese communication skills are required for this role. International applicants who meet the requirements can be sponsored for a work visa.
Principal Duties:
- Set up, modify, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM/ERP) systems.
- Create, construct, and oversee document libraries, workflows, user permissions, and SharePoint Online sites.
- Use Power Automate (Flow) to create and automate business processes.
- To collect needs and convert them into technical solutions, collaborate closely with internal teams.
- Keep thorough system records and make sure IT policies are followed.
- Diagnose system problems and communicate with Microsoft or other suppliers as necessary.
- Exhibit a strong work ethic, a readiness to learn, and the capacity to manage difficulties on your own.
Essential Proficiencies and Abilities:
- Strong background with SharePoint and Microsoft Dynamics 365 (online or on-premises)
- Knowledgeable about Power Apps and adept with Microsoft Power Automate
- Proficient in both written and spoken English; Mandarin is a great advantage.
- Excellent problem-solving, organising, and communication abilities
- Self-driven, diligent, and capable of working under pressure
- Eligible and prepared to move if necessary
Preferred Requirements:
- Microsoft certification in Microsoft 365, Dynamics, or Power Platform
- A bachelor’s degree in information systems, computer science, or a similar field
- Experience working in a bilingual or multicultural environment
Location: London, UK
Type of Position: Full-Time Type of Job: Full-time Salary: between £27,000.00 and £30,000.00 annually
