Hotel Manager – UK Visa Sponsorship
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth and effective running
Supervise and manage hotel staff such as front desk, housekeeping and maintenance
Deliver excellent guest service and resolve client concerns or issues
Develop and execute strategies to maximise hotel occupancy and income
Control hotel expenditures to ensure profitability
Work with sales and marketing team to promote hotel and attract new guests
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety and hygiene across the hotel
Ensure compliance with all hotel policies, procedures and regulations
Perform human resources activities such as hiring, training, scheduling, and performance reviews
Required:
Experience in a leadership role within the hospitality industry
Strong supervision and management skills
– Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Multi-lingual ability is a plus
Understanding of hotel operations and visitor services
Knowledge of human resources techniques and procedures
Excellent problem solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to operate under pressure and multi-task at the same time
