Home Care Assistant – Domiciliary (Sponsorship Available)
Position Details
Immediate start needed:
UK driver Skills Care Workers.
All applicants MUST have worked in domiciliary care for a minimum of 3 months continuously.
Fixed term Sponsorship / COS available for the suitable people within UK.
We are Deben Willow Care Ltd headquartered in Woodbridge. We are a privately-owned provider of care services in the community. We are recruiting for dedicated Community Care Workers to join our current team.
As part of our community care team you will visit clients in their own homes assisting them to remain independent by supporting them and offering personal care, medication support, companionship amongst a non-exhaustive list of support tasks that support and assist individuals to remain independent, safe, happy and content within their own home environment.

The chosen candidate will need to demonstrate a number of skills including expertise within the sector, empathy, self-awareness, good communication as well as attributes as a positive carer and displaying the levels of care and service delivery.

We are contracted to work 42 hours each week on a fixed 2 week roster.
There is potential for extra overtime if you choose to complement holiday and staff absence.
