Health Care Assistant – UK visa sponsorship
We are looking for caring and reliable Health Care Assistants to join our homecare team. You’ll be supporting clients in their own home to ensure they stay independent, dignified and comfortable. No two days are the same – you will be making a meaningful impact to someone’s life. We are also able to provide sponsorship for Skilled Worker visa applications for acceptable overseas applicants.
Responsibilities
Provide personal care, such as washing, bathing, clothing and grooming.
Assistance with continence care and toileting.
Assist with safe mobility and repositioning (e.g. use of hoists, sliding sheets, bed rails).
Prepare food, snacks and drinks.
Encourage drinking and monitor general wellbeing.
Administer medication as per MAR chart if required.
Document care in full and precise notes following each visit.
For companionship and emotional support.
Keep the environment clean and safe for clients.
Report any issues or changes in condition to the office.

Good communication skills.
Ability to follow directions and care plans.
On time and reliable.
Right to work in the UK.
Preferred:
Experience in health care or homecare.
NVQ Level 2/3 Health & Social Care.
Driving licence and access to a car.
Timetable
All shifts, morning, afternoon, evening & weekends.
