Relate Care Solutions Ltd are looking for caring, reliable and devoted Domiciliary Care Workers to deliver high quality care and support to persons receiving end of life care in their own homes.
This fulfilling position entails enabling clients to maintain their dignity, comfort and independence whilst providing person-centred care during a sensitive and essential time of life.
Key Responsibilities:
Personal care and support for adults in their own homes
Help with personal hygiene, clothing, toileting and movement.
Supporting people with medicine in line with care plans and business policy.
Providing emotional support and companionship to service users and their families.
Keeping detailed records of care and communicating any concerns immediately.
Work in collaboration with healthcare professionals and family.
Promoting dignity, respect, choice and freedom at all times.
Requirements
Necessary:
Full UK driving licence.
Use of your own vehicle in connection with your profession.
Right to work in UK.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
Compassionate, kind and professional approach.
Ability to operate alone and as a team.
Happy to have an Enhanced DBS check done.
Wanted:
Experience working in a home care, hospice, end of life care or similar caring environment.
Relevant qualification in health or social care.
What We Provide
Pay: £14.00 per hour (including mileage).

Sponsor Details
