For the position of Floor Manager, we are presently looking for a committed candidate to join our team.
Duties of the Role:
- Oversee and plan the work of team members, such as cooks, cashiers, and crew, during a shift. Assign work and make sure there is enough staff.
- Assure outstanding levels of client satisfaction and service. Respond promptly and efficiently to consumer concerns and grievances.
- Make sure the cuisine is prepared according to Pepe’s guidelines and specifications.
Keep an eye on the kitchen and verify the calibre of the food being served. - Keep an eye on the amount of inventory. Determine stock requirements, place orders, or report shortages.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as creating shift reports and overseeing cashier reconciliations.
- Keep the workplace tidy and make sure that food safety and hygiene protocols are being followed.
- Encourage the staff to provide outstanding customer service by setting an example.
- Respond appropriately to employee concerns about performance, complaints, and accidents at work.
- Determine what needs to be improved and offer suggestions to raise customer service, quality, safety, and productivity.

Handle equipment issues and arrange for any necessary repairs.

When there are personnel shortages or periods of high consumer traffic, step in to assist.

Carry out any additional tasks that the restaurant general manager assigns you.
Conditions:
- Prior experience serving customers, ideally in a restaurant or other hospitality setting.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
- The capacity to multitask and operate effectively in a hectic setting.
- Strong focus on details and dedication to upholding hygienic and cleanliness standards.
- The ability to work on the weekends, holidays, and in the evenings as needed.
- A cheerful disposition and a readiness to develop in the position.
