JOB SUMMARY:
We are searching for an active and detail orientated Estate Manager to run our estate. This post comprises oversight of property upkeep, vendor relations, security procedures, safety and operation of our estate. The successful candidate will be a proactive, organised individual with a passion for delivering outstanding standards in all aspects of estate management.
Responsibilities
Oversee day to day operations of the estate including maintenance, security and facilities management
Organise repairs, renovations and routine maintenance with contractors and service providers
Conduct routine inspections for safety, cleanliness and compliance with rules
Control security systems and regulations to protect the assets and residents or renters of the estate
Develop and execute maintenance schedules and budgets for all estate activities
If there are any problems or crises on the estate, act swiftly
Keep accurate logs of maintenance work, vendor contracts, inspections, incident reports
Specifications
Proven expertise of estate/property management or facilities management or relevant field
Excellent organisational abilities and capacity to prioritise activities well
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with vendors, employees and stakeholders
Understanding of building safety codes, regulations, and security procedures
Possibility to manage several obligations in a fast-paced atmosphere
Experience with property management software or other related electronic devices is a plus
