We are a trusted local care service assisting people across Ripon, Thirsk, Boroughbridge, Knaresborough and nearby rural villages.
Due to continuing expansion we are searching for kind, dependable and committed Home Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive team.

Your task
As a Home Care Assistant you will go between clients homes delivering high quality care and support that promotes independence, dignity and wellbeing.
No two days are the same and you will be playing a key role in assisting people to continue living safely and comfortably in the place they love most – their own home.
Key Duties
Help with personal care, such as washing, dressing and toileting
Supplying clients with medication according to their care plans
Meal prep and promoting optimal nutrition and hydration
Emotional support and camaraderie
Assisting with movement and activities of daily living
Keeping track of treatment accurately with our digital care system
after protecting, preventing infection, health and safety and other care processes
Developing strong, professional relationships with customers and their families
Promoting freedom, respect and choice in all aspects of care
Key Criteria
Full UK License
Transport yourself in your own vehicle – a must owing to our rural service regions
Willingness to travel within the community between client sites
Caring and sympathetic by nature and dependable
Very good communication and people skills
Eligibility: Right to work in the UK
Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care
Skilled Worker Sponsorship Scheme
Sponsorship licences can be applied for by qualifying individuals.
Candidates requiring Skilled Worker visa sponsorship may be considered, subject to meeting the appropriate eligibility criteria and the requirements of the post and relevant UK immigration restrictions.
