The primary responsibilities of the position
In order to provide care as assigned by registered clinicians, including group work, the Community Support Worker/Trainee is a crucial clinical function. Workplace duties
The Diploma in Health and Social Care Level 2 or its equivalent must be earned by the chosen applicant. Additionally, candidates must complete the Trust Healthcare Assistant qualifications during their probationary term (the first six months in the employment) and possess literacy and numeracy levels two or above.
Successful applicants who do not meet the requirements will be expected to enrolll in the Healthcare Assistant Framework, which entails obtaining a level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care, a level 2 in Literacy and Numeracy or its equivalent, and achieving competencies within two years of starting the position.
