The Role You
As a Support Worker you will be a key part of supporting people.
Live with dignity, respect and choice in their own houses autonomously.
Every day is different and you could be assisting someone to make meals, administer medication, keep active or just have a nice talk. Above all, you’ll be making a real difference to people’s lives.
Main Responsibilities
To provide high quality person focused care in accordance with individual care plans.
Assistance with personal care, movement, nourishment and medicine.
To encourage and develop independence, dignity and well-being.
Accurately record and report for continuity of care.
Follow company rules, CQC requirements and protection procedures.
Work in partnership with colleagues, families and health professionals.
Maintain equality, confidentiality and anti-discriminatory practice.
Act without delay to protect service consumers from abuse or neglect.
No experience necessary, just a caring nature, reliability and a desire to make a difference. Full training and support will be given.
