Access to a car and a full UK driver’s license are necessary.

In addition to having a valid UK driver’s license and access to a car, applicants must be able to attend in-person interviews and trials as needed.

We are seeking seasoned, kind, and trustworthy female care assistants and senior care assistants to assist clients in their local communities as we expand our domiciliary care team.
We now have openings for bank employees as well as full-time and part-time positions.
Our work encompasses everything from daily companionship and domiciliary care to end-of-life care, palliative care, and assistance for those with complex needs.
Give clients excellent personal care in their homes.
Assist clients with diet, hydration, and medicine
Help with handling, repositioning, mobility, and pressure-area care
Offer company and useful daily assistance
Assist customers with complicated care requirements
Give end-of-life and palliative care with compassion.
Identify and report any changes or decline in a client’s health.
Collaborate with district nurses, families, and other medical professionals
Keep precise and transparent records of your care.
Perform assigned medical duties when suitably trained and deemed competent.
Encourage respect, autonomy, freedom of choice, and a high standard of living at all times.
What we’re searching for
Candidates with prior experience providing domiciliary care are especially welcome to apply.
It would be ideal to have experience in any of the following:
Palliative care, dementia care, end-of-life care, complex care, personal care, and medication support
Additionally, you must be:
Professional, dependable, and compassionate
Self-assured while working alone at clients’ houses
Comfortable giving intimate and personal care
Strong written care-recording abilities and effective communication
Capable of moving between clients
A person with a valid UK driver’s licence and access to a car
Every appointment is contingent upon passing pre-employment screenings, which include an Enhanced DBS check, references, and the right to work.
Subject to individual eligibility, Home Office rules, and Bluebell Healthcare’s sponsorship criteria, appropriate, experienced people who currently reside and work in the UK may be eligible for visa sponsorship.
Candidates with prior experience providing domiciliary care in the UK, particularly those with expertise in complex care, palliative care, or end-of-life care, are of particular interest to us.
