We are happy to inform that we hold a Health and Social Care Skilled Worker Sponsorship Licence.
We are seeking Care Assistants who currently work in Domiciliary Care (door-to-door care in the community) and who reside in Windsor, Maidenhead, and Slough. Do you want to work locally?
What Are We Trying to Find?
This is door-to-door community care, therefore you must have a car and be able to drive.
Complete Business Insurance for UK or International Drivers’ Licences.
Duties
Directly care for and assist those who require help with everyday tasks.
Help with personal hygiene activities include dressing, grooming, and bathing.
Assist with feeding and meal preparation.
As directed by medical specialists, administer prescription drugs.
Use safe lifting techniques to help with transfers and mobility.
Offer clients emotional support and company.
Carry out simple household duties, such as doing washing and organising living areas.
Effectively communicate with patients, their families, and other members of the healthcare team.
understanding of fundamental caregiving concepts and methods.
the capacity to operate both independently and collaboratively while adhering to directions.
outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities.
patient and empathetic manner.
physical endurance to carry out activities that can call for prolonged standing, lifting, and bending.

37.5 hours in a full-time contract.
