What You Will Do (Making an Impact)
You’re not ticking boxes, you’re transforming lives. Your day-to-day will include:
Independence at Home: Assistance with light housework, cleaning, washing and food preparation to maintain homes safe and comfortable.
Community Connection: Taking clients out and about—driving them to social activities, shopping and important appointments.
Health & Safety Monitoring: Maintain correct care records and report any changes in health or well-being to ensure the safety of our customers.
Your Contribution to the Team
Our top values are Heart, dependability and professionalism. To put you up for success, you’ll need:
Experience in Care: Extensive experience in home assistance, community transport and supporting independent living.
Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to document care accurately and communicate well with families and coordinators.
The essentials: A current First Aid Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check and National Police Check (or a willingness to get them soon).
A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability or Individual Support is highly respected but not a must if you have the relevant experience!
