Marqo is hiring a Staff Software Engineer (Agentic Search) to provide senior technical leadership in the development of large-scale AI-driven search and retrieval systems for ecommerce. The engineer will be responsible for driving architecture, mentoring other engineers, and ownership of systems from design to production.
Position Description
Main Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable distributed systems.
Build high-performance search, retrieval, and machine learning applications.
Architectures for search and recommendation systems powered by AI.
Build own projects from start to finish: design, deployment, and continued operations.
Work with customers and product teams to address complicated technical problems.
Lead technical direction and mentor fellow engineers.
Enhance engineering standards, system dependability and platform performance.
Salary
$15,000.00/month and above
