Position Summary
We are looking for a passionate and professional Hotel Manager to manage our own independent hotel. The ideal applicant will have a minimum of five years supervisory experience in the hotel business with a proven record in leadership, guest service quality and operational knowledge. This position is a great opportunity to take control of a lively resort, offering outstanding guest experiences and the seamless running of day to day operations and offers visa sponsorship if necessary. As Hotel Manager, you will take the lead in establishing a welcoming environment, delivering professional service to guests and maintaining high standards throughout all departments.
Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations of the hotel to ensure smooth service and visitor satisfaction
Develop and implement strategies to improve visitor experiences including service standards and amenities
Supervise human resources functions such as recruitment, training, performance assessments and staff development
Liaise with cleaning, food & beverage, front desk and maintenance teams to ensure coherent functioning
Monitor financial performance, manage budget and maximise income prospects
Respond quickly and properly to guest issues to protect the hotel’s reputation for great service
Qualifications
Supervisory experience in the hotel/hospitality industry for a minimum of 5 years
Proven leadership qualities, ability to inspire people, create pleasant work atmosphere
PMS and Little Hotelior previous experience
Good knowledge of hotel management, guest services and hospitality standards
Excellent communication skills; multi-lingual or multi-lingual skills are a big plus
Human resource management experience in a hospitality setting
Proven ability to handle visitor relations professionally and tactfully
Previous experience managing workers in a multi department environment preferred

Salary
£25,420.00-£42,000.00 /year
