Description of the Position

For NVQ2 and NVQ3 qualifications, we pay an additional £14.13 per hour.
We’ll work with you to create a schedule that works for your lifestyle, whether you’re searching for a few hours per week, morning shifts while the kids are in school, nights, or full-time hours.
In order to continue offering our clients reliable support, we do request alternate weekend availability.

Regular client visits at regular intervals will enable you to establish sincere connections and establish yourself as a familiar face to those you assist.
Because we understand that trust and connection are the foundation of quality care, we carefully match carers with clients based on personalities and interests.
In order to get to know your clients, comprehend their routines, and feel secure and at ease, you will do shadow shifts with an experienced carer prior to working independently.
Additionally, we introduce you to your clients in advance, so nobody is uneasy when a stranger shows up at the door out of the blue. You and the client have a much better experience right from the start.
Additionally, you will have enough time for proper care with visits lasting at least an hour. It’s time to talk, listen, and brighten someone’s day.

Requirements
What You’ll Require
Access to your own vehicle and a valid UK driver’s license
A patient, trustworthy, and caring disposition
Willingness to assist with personal care
Strong communication abilities
A sincere desire to assist others
Applying does not require prior caregiving experience.
We offer classroom-based instruction, online training that can be done from home, full-paid training, and continuing assistance. If you want to advance in your care, we can also help you with subsidised NVQ certifications.
