In a luxurious setting, our visitors have exclusive access to a wellness pool, hydrotherapy spa, sauna, steam room, experience shower, and relaxation amenities.

Concerning the Position
This role goes well beyond that of a receptionist.
As the public face of Private Wellness, you will be in charge of crafting a luxurious experience that clients will remember from the time they arrive until they go.
Additionally, you will create our renowned wellness packages, uphold the spa’s flawless presentation standards, and guarantee that every reservation surpasses expectations.
Our top goal is to satisfy our customers. We are seeking someone that truly cares about people, is meticulous, maintains composure under duress, and takes pride in providing outstanding service on a daily basis.
Your Obligations and the Visitor Experience
Greet each visitor with a smile and professionalism.
Provide a true five-star hospitality experience.
Check visitors in and describe the amenities.
Respond to phone calls, emails, and reservations.
After each use, keep the facilities tidy.
Respond to visitor demands with assurance and professionalism.
Handle problems gently and effectively.
Getting Ready for a Spa
Before visitors arrive, prepare our packages for a luxurious experience, which include:
Packages for romance
Birthday festivities
Packages for brides
Customised and seasonal packages
This comprises:
Making plates with fresh fruit.
Making beverages and refreshments.
Giving gifts and sweets.
Using roses, balloons, and candles to decorate spaces.
Ensuring that each package is flawless before guests arrive (training will be given utilising our package criteria.)
Cleaning
All spa facilities should be cleaned and ready in between appointments.
Keep your standards of hygiene very high.
Restock guest amenities, robes, and towels.
Make sure the area is spotless for each visitor.
Perform quality inspections prior to each reservation.
