About the Job
We are searching for a proactive and dedicated Support Worker (known internally as Project Worker) to join our team at Endsleigh Gardens in Euston. Endsleigh Gardens offers homes for persons who are homeless, particularly those with significant support requirements such as alcohol consumption, substance misuse and mental health.
We are devoted to a Recovery Based Approach and trying to enable people to meet their specific requirements.
About You
Above all, you will have a real passion to help individuals change their lives. We would welcome hearing from anyone with a good awareness of the complicated difficulties encountered by homeless people; personal experience of homelessness themselves and some experience of guiding vulnerable people through a process of change.
Good interpersonal and listening skills, patience and resilience are needed. We will give you the information and skills to work with customers in a holistic and person-centred way.
