Currently we are seeking eager and dedicated Support Workers to join our welcoming team at Invercare.
As a Support Worker you will be providing person-centred care and support to individuals with but not limited to learning disabilities, autism, mental health issues and physical disabilities.

Full & Part Time
Key Responsibilities
Provide personal care: Assist with everyday chores such as washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding where required.
Promote independence: Support service users to make decisions and live as independently as feasible.
Daily life support: Help with preparing meals, cleaning, shopping and managing medication.
Emotional support: Be a companion, create trust, and give reassurance and encouragement.
Monitoring and reporting Observe and record any changes in physical or emotional health and communicate concerns to higher staff.
Community participation: Help people access the community, attend appointments or engage in social activities.
Safeguarding To ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users in accordance with safeguarding policies and procedures.
Documentation: Keep accurate records of support offered and outcomes accomplished.
What We Are Looking For
Caring, sensitive and eager nature
Good communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to operate well independently as well as in a team
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and evenings
Experience of a similar role or equivalent qualification for health and social care but not needed since training will be given.
There could be a need for sleep overs
