Duties
Develop and produce new business leads by means of focused outreach and networking activities
Build and sustain long term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and offering bespoke solutions
Give presentations and product demos to prospective clients, clearly communicating the value proposition
Close sales agreements and negotiate contracts to meet or exceed targets
Work with internal teams to enable smooth onboarding of new clients and ongoing account management
Tools to help you accurately document your sales efforts, customer interactions and pipeline status
Participate in trade exhibitions, industry events and client meetings as required to promote company offerings
Respond to customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner to provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Proven expertise in B2B sales or business development, especially in a related industry
Excellent bargaining abilities and capacity to influence decision makers effectively
Excellent English verbal and written communication abilities
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel regularly to client sites
Experience with IT systems like CRM applications and MS Office
Time management and organisational skills with proven ability to manage several accounts efficiently
Proactive attitude in customer service with a focus on problem solutions and client happiness
Able to operate individually and as part of a team in a fast paced environment
