Product Manager – Visa Sponsorship
Here’s a quick summary of the role:
If you’re a product manager who loves converting ambiguity into clarity and you want to help influence how organisations approach ethics and compliance in this new era of AI-enabled products, this role puts you at the heart of everything. You’ll own a whistleblower and case management platform used by some of the world’s largest organisations, working closely with our teams in London and Bangalore to build and ship innovations that make our product stand out from the competition, from employee reporting tools to AI-powered investigative workflows.
This is a fast paced setting therefore you’ll need to be comfortable with complexity, technically curious and competent talking across all levels of the business.
This is a 1 year fixed term contract, maternity cover, with a real prospect of extension/permanency for the right person.
Main Responsibilities
You will own the product roadmap for a whistleblowing and case management software (Vault/Speak Up).
You will work with another product manager and a team of 6-12 engineers to develop, prioritise and ship features.
Work daily with engineering to translate business requirements into well scoping, deliverable work – balancing trade-offs of speed vs scope coverage in a fast-moving environment.
Work on a range of Ethics & Compliance products (policy management, compliance training, conflicts of interest, etc.) ensuring your product fits into the larger vision.
Work with product marketing, senior stakeholders and commercial teams on communicating what you are developing, the importance and the next steps.
Conceptualise and shape product features powered by AI – you won’t just be managing a backlog, you’ll be ideating on how AI can change compliance workflows.
Take over and go with a knowledge transfer from the outgoing PM, getting up to speed swiftly on a platform that has been significantly updated in the last 12 months.
Requirements
3-5 years of proven experience as a product manager in a B2B SaaS context, controlling a product end-to-end from discovery through delivery.
Deep technical communication skills – you can have a deep discussion with engineers about APIs, databases, and integrations and then turn around and deliver strategy to senior leadership without missing a beat.
AI fluency – you know your LLMs, you know how to integrate AI capabilities into products, you can think critically about where AI brings actual value vs noise.
Comfort with uncertainty and pace – you’re the type of PM who builds the structure where it doesn’t exist and you don’t wait to be told what to do.
Excellent stakeholder management – you’re good at building trust fast, juggling competing agendas, and talking to product, engineering, design, and commercial teams.
Bias for Action – Ship, Iterate, Learn and Don’t Let Perfect Become the Enemy of Good.
Preferred Experience
Experience with GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) or Legal Tech or Ethics and Compliance Software.
Hands-on experience with AI tools in product management.
Prototyping with tools like v0, Claude or similar to speed up your workflow.
Experience working with distributed engineering teams (Bangalore and London in this example).
Experience with case management, employee reporting or whistleblower platforms.
